It is with great
regret and sorrow that we must notify you of the death of our Classmate, Rick
Williams, on September 20, 2014, in Carefree, AZ, following a courageous battle
with Parkinson's disease and dementia.
Rick is survived
by his wife Margaret (Kathy), children Donna March (son-in-law Jeff) of Fountain
Hills, AZ; Chris Williams of Raleigh, NC; Brian Williams of Raleigh, NC, Dan
Williams of Phoenix, AZ; and Jeanne Williams of Carefree, AZ. He is also
survived by his four grandchildren Mallory, Tia, Devan and Bree.
Rick's funeral will be
at 9:30 am on Friday, September 26, 2014, at the National Memorial Cemetery of
Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024 (please enter off the
Pinnacle Peak Road entrance). A reception will follow at the home of Lee and
Sue March, 13527 E. Sorrel Lane, Scottsdale, AZ 85259.

Williams, Richard G. (Rick), 76, of Carefree, AZ passed on
Saturday September 20, 2014. He was born in Tucson, AZ on March 21, 1938 and is
survived by his wife Margaret (Kathy), children Donna March (Son-in-Law Jeff) of
Fountain Hills, AZ; Chris Williams of Raleigh, NC; Brian Williams of Raleigh,
NC, Dan Williams of Phoenix, AZ; and Jeanne Williams of Carefree, AZ. He is also
survived by his four grandchildren; Mallory, Tia, Devan and Bree. He was a good
man, a good husband and an outstanding father. Proud of his Hollywood roots,
Rick graduated from Hollywood High School in 1957 and often spent time/stories
recollecting his group of childhood friends, aka the "Banshees". After high
school, Rick was appointed to the United States Military Academy at West Point,
graduating with the class of 1961. West Point had a profound impact on Rick's
life, something that he was intensely proud of; so much so that traditional
gifts around the holidays always included a callout to his alma mater.
The funeral will take place at 9:30 am on Friday at the
National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona In Lieu of flowers the family is asking
that donations be made in Memory of Richard G. Williams to the Michael J Fox
